If you speak another language, check with the Clerk's Office to see if they can get an interpreter who speaks your language. No one who is listed on your papers can interpret for you.
What if I have a disability that affects my ability to appear in court?
If you don't have an address in this County but have an address in another County, submit the forms anyway so the Judge can approve free service by the Sheriff, even in the other county.
Then when you pick up your forms you can deliver them to the Sheriff in the county where the person to be restrained lives or works so that county's Sheriff can serve the person.
